Business Head will be primarily responsible for marketing campaigns and activities across e-commerce platforms of ERAM Infotech’s List.
As a Business Head, you will be responsible for customer acquisition activity and managing e-commerce platforms with new products to add frequently by you and your team. Here the role requires extensive travel across India, mainly focus on village areas to identify and source new Vendors/Clients, build good relation to add more and more new handlooms/handicraft products in to the portal. The person will have to manage team & update e-commerce site products, prices and other contents as required at all times.
In addition to the above, require below mentioned desired skill & experience…
1. 8+ years of work experience preferably with e-commerce venture/portals
2. A desire to work in a fast-paced start up environment
3. Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
4. Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.
5. Train & Drive the team for innovation and efficiency with new ways to reach customers/vendors
6. Creative thinker with the tenacity and drive to seek new and improved messages, designs and routes to market for customer/vendor acquisition
7. Deliver continual efficiencies in list selection, campaign execution, logistic tracking and analysis
8. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Hindi mandatory plus knowing multi languages is an advantage
9. Organise and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmes are reviewed.
10. Set Targets for the team and monitor/review performances of each
11. Responsible for performance appraisal of marketing and sales managers and for providing training and development opportunities including a national sales and management training programme.
12. Report on marketing committee and strategy group activities to senior management colleagues.
13. Should be highly organized, methodical and process-driven
14. Results-driven – to ensure that the team fulfils marketing activities , strategic goals and drive the required business results
15. Have a strong customer/vendor focus – and able to identify and distinguish customers/vendors
16. Assist the management in establishing pricing policies.
Business Head profile is not limited to just E-commerce but will have to take up the role of Business Development activities for various other projects of Eram Infotech, i.e., OpenERP projects, MIS projects (mainly works on JAVA/J2EE).
Here the role requires to travel both Domestic & International to meet/source, do presentations and bring in new projects/business for the organization.
Looking for people who are highly qualified and can run the show by strategizing the whole activity from building up the team to the income generating part for make it happen to reach next level.
Depending on candidate skills and experience, will shortlist and the salary would not be constraint for right candidate.
