Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management
Prospect and develop new clients
Prepare client proposals and SOWs
Fully understand the products & services offered by the organisation
Build and manage business development team.
Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion.
Track against targets and budget.
Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction.
Assist in marketing and presales activities
Essential Skill Sets:
Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
Strong experience in B2B prospecting/lead qualification
Proven background of building a successful sales team
Demonstrated hands-on work approach
Background in technology sales
Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients.
A proven and consistent track record exceeding revenue.
Prefer candidates with 12+ years of relevant experience.
